Geological Report on Baird Township Property

Dec 10, 2002

Skyharbour Resources Ltd. ("Skyharbour") and Bayfield Ventures Corp. ("Bayfield") announced that they have commissioned a Geological Report on their Baird Township Property which consists of 6 mineral claims located in the Baird Twp, Red Lake District, Kenora Mining Division, Ontario (the "Baird Property").

Skyharbour entered into an option agreement dated May 14, 2002 as amended by agreement dated November 19, 2002, with Bayfield Ventures Corp. ("Bayfield"), whereby Skyharbour acquired an option to earn up to a 51% interest in and to the Property.

An Evaluation Report dated October 16, 2002 on the Baird Property was prepared by David J. Busch B.A. B.Sc., PGEO. The report discusses the exploration work to date consisting of detailed mapping of the Property, re-logging core from past drill programs, a mobile metal ion (MMI) survey and diamond drilling. Skyharbour undertook an 8 hole (1600 metre) drill program in August of 2002 on the Property, of which a summary of assay results were presented in an October 9/2002 news release. Management is very encouraged with the gold assay numbers received in the first round of drilling. Gold values of up to 0.343 ounces per ton were encountered within a quartz carbonate breccia alteration system that correlates to significant MMI anomalies on surface. A number of comparable gold MMI soil anomalies remain to be tested on the Property and will be included in the upcoming second phase of diamond drilling this winter (2003). The Property is underlain with the mafic-ultramafic volcanics of the Balmer Assemblage which is known to host the world class gold deposits of the Goldcorp Mine and the Campbell Red Lake Mine (Placer Dome).

The Reports have been filed on SEDAR and are available for viewing on the SEDAR website at www.sedar.com and can also be viewed at the Companies' offices located at the address noted above.

Mineralization production in the Red Lake area has been gold. No mineral reserves or production are known on the Baird Property.
