Myers, Amanda Chow and Carl Huston were re-elected directors of the Company. The shareholders of the Company also approved the number of directors and re-appointed Davidson & Company, Chartered Accountants, as auditors. The shareholders did not approve the renewal of the Company's Stock Option Plan.
