Skyharbour Issues 20,000 Shares Pursuant to Property Option on Black Bear II

The Company announces that it has issued 20,000 common shares. The shares were issued pursuant to the terms of a Property Option Agreement dated April 24, 2002 wherein the Company has been granted an option in and to the Black Bear II Property consisting of four claim blocks (48 units) located in the Black Bear Area, Red Lake District, Kenora Mining Division, Ontario. The shares will be subject to a hold period until August 14, 2004.
