Skyharbour Establishes Sidace Lake Trending

April 21, 2004

Skyharbour Resources Ltd. and Consolidated Abaddon Resources Inc. announce that results have now been received on all the holes drilled during the winter drill program of 2004. Although no significant gold grades were encountered, diamond drill hole SL 4-04 has been successful in establishing the trending of mafic volcanics on to the Sidace Lake property. This trend has been identified as being the extension of the stratigraphy of the recent Planet / Goldcorp's gold discovery in the Sidace Lake area. Particular emphasis will be paid to alteration and structure of this zone and will be the subject of a geological work program being proposed for the summer of 2004 that will consist of detailed mapping and in depth ground geophysics to further delineate the strike and direction of the mafic volcanics encountered. Diamond Drill holes BB4-01 and BB4-02 also were successful in establishing the extension of the East Bay deformation zone across the southeastern part of the Black Bear property.

Additional work on the properties will be directed at extending the now known lithologies and identifying the structures that may host gold mineralization. The intersections of the volcanics encountered in four of the drill holes on the Sidace Lake / Blackbear winter drill program is considered to be very significant for Skyharbour / Abaddon in that this area has had little to no mineral exploration ever carried out in the past in this area. The extensions of these defined volcanic greenstone belts will be the focus of a follow up work program by Skyharbour / Abaddon in the summer / fall of 2004.
