The Company announces that it has issued 335,000 common shares pursuant to a Second Amending Agreement dated February 20, 2003 between the Company and Bayfield Ventures Corp. The shares were issued in connection with the Baird Property which consists of six mineral claim units located in the Baird Township, Red Lake, Ontario. The shares are subject to a hold period until the expiry of July 24, 2003.
