Skyharbour Announces Richard Kusmirski, M.Sc., P.Geo., Joins Board of Directors and Additional $345,000 Raised through Warrant Exercise

Vancouver, BC - Skyharbour Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: SYH) (OTC Grey: SYHBF) (Frankfurt: SC1N) (“Skyharbour”) is pleased to announce the addition of Richard Kusmirski, M.Sc., P.Geo., to the Company’s Board of Directors. Mr. Kusmirski has served as Skyharbour’s Head Technical Advisor since March 21, 2013 and will continue to serve in this role going forward.

Rick Kusmirski has over 40 years of exploration experience in North America and overseas, and has actively participated in the discovery of a number of uranium, gold and base metal deposits. For several years, in his capacity as Exploration Manager, he directed Cameco Corporation's (TSX: CCO) uranium exploration activities in the Athabasca Basin. In 1999, Rick joined JNR Resources becoming Vice President of Exploration in 2000. Subsequently, he directed the exploration program that led to the discovery of the Maverick Zone on the Moore Lake uranium joint venture in the Athabasca Basin in Saskatchewan with partner Kennecott Canada. Rick became JNR's President and CEO in January of 2001. In February of 2013, Denison Mines Corp. (TSX: DML) successfully acquired all of the outstanding shares of JNR by way of a friendly all-share take-over bid.

In other news, Skyharbour announces that 3,450,000 additional warrants have been exercised recently raising an additional $345,000 in net proceeds. Skyharbour is well funded with over $1,300,000 in its treasury.

Skyharbour announces that it has completed the sale of Skyharbour’s 20% interest in the McKenzie Island gold property in Red Lake, Ontario to Cypress Development Corp. (TSX-V: CYP) pursuant to the companies news releases dated March 18, 2014. In consideration for the 20% interest, Cypress has paid $25,000 in cash to Skyharbour.

The Company also announces that is has granted to directors, officers, employees and consultants an aggregate of 1,000,000 stock options under the Company's Stock Option Plan. The options will be exercisable for a period of five years at a price of $0.10 per share. The stock options are subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
