The Company announces that it had commissioned a Geological Report on its Slate Bay Township Property (the "Slate Bay Property"). The Slate Bay Property is located 11 kilometres northwest of the town of Red Lake in the Province of Ontario. The Slate Bay Property consists of 6 unpatented and unsurveyed claim blocks and covers 631 hectares.
An Evaluation Report dated January 9, 2004 on the Slate Bay Property was prepared by David J. Busch B.A., B.Sc. (hons.), PGEO. The report documents preliminary exploration results on the Slate Bay Property and recommended an exploration program consisting of till sampling at an estimated cost of $25,300. An initial phase based on the recommendations in this report is anticipated to begin in the Spring of 2004.
